2. The said parcel of land was annotated with Real Estate Mortgage under entry

Land Bank of the Philippines;

3. I am now confirming and consenting that said Real Estate Mortgage

Encumbrance annotated to the said title be carried over to the new title that
would be registered in my name;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for the
