REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, I, _____________, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of

______________, by a certain public instrument made and executed in the City of
Koronadal, South Cotabato before Notary Public _____________ and registered as
Document No. 81; Page No. 17, Book No. III; Series of 2019 in his notarial register, did
name, constitute and appoint _____________, a resident of _____________________
as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for the purpose and with powers
mentioned in said instrument;

WHEREAS, the said attorney-in-fact is presently working abroad and could not
represent me before the office of Pag-IBIG to claim the Original Owner’s Duplicate copy
of Title pertaining to the certain parcel of land situated at Agan Land Lagao and could
no longer process all the transactions regarding the said property;

          NOW, THEREFORE, I, _______________, by virtue of these presents hereby

REVOKE, ANNUL and VOID the said power of attorney and all powers and authority
therein or thereby given or granted or intended to be given or granted to said
