Ingredients Ingredients
1 pound (26-30) shrimp, uncooked and still in shell 2 tomatoes, chopped

Pasta Boat Quick Chicken Noodle Soup Pasta Boat Broccoli Cheese Soup
Ingredients
Ingredients 1 tablespoon butter, melted
2 cups cooked chicken cut into cubes (left over or prepared 1 medium leek, cleaned and thinly sliced

6 cups chicken or vegetable broth 2 tablespoons quick mixing flour
2 large celery stalks, thinly sliced 2 cups half-and-half
2 carrots, thinly sliced 2 cups vegetable broth
¼ small onion, diced 6 oz fresh broccoli florets (about 3 cups)
½ cup frozen peas 1 carrot, diced
1 teaspoon salt (optional) 3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon pepper 3 slices precooked bacon
¼ teaspoon hot red pepper Nutmeg to taste
1 cup thin egg noodles Salt and pepper to taste
Directions Directions
Add all ingredients into the Pasta Boat. Put onion, shallot, and butter in Pasta Boat and
microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
Microwave on HIGH 8-10 minutes or until noodles
are tender. Stir flour into butter mixture and microwave on HIGH
for 1 minute.
Serves 4-6 Stir in the half-and-half and microwave on HIGH
for 1 minute.
Add the vegetable broth, broccoli, carrot, salt and pepper
and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
Add cheese, stirring until melted.
Cover and microwave on HIGH 2 minutes.
Top each serving with bacon and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serve hot.

3 large potatoes, peeled 7-8 frozen Perogies
1½ teaspoons salt 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup milk or half-and-half 2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons water
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
1 bunch scallions, chopped (about 1 cup)
Arrange Perogies in the Pasta Boat Expander Rack.
½ teaspoon black pepper
Slice onion thinly and place in the bottom of the Pasta
Boat™ with the butter and water.

Ingredients
1 pound thin pasta or noodles, such as thin spaghetti or ramen Ingredients
Peanut Sauce 1 pound boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced in
1 inch long pieces
8 oz. creamy peanut butter
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
4 tablespoons of peanut or canola oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
½ medium sweet onion, chopped
Garnish 1 sweet red bell pepper, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame seeds 3 cloves garlic minced
3 green onions (scallions), chopped
Directions 15 leaves fresh Thai or Italian basil, finely chopped
Place pasta in the Pasta Boat, add water and microwave 2 green chili peppers, chopped
on HIGH until tender (about 10-15 minutes).

1 (18¼ oz.) box German chocolate cake mix Filling
½ cup chocolate chips 1 pound ground pork or ground turkey

8 oz. sour cream 1/4 teaspoon pepper

½ large onion, diced 8 oz. elbow macaroni
1 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons butter
6 cups of fresh spinach 2½ tablespoons chopped onion
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 16 oz. cubed processed cheese food
Garlic powder to taste ¾ cup milk

Pasta Boat Lo Mein Noodle Pot Pasta Boat Curry Lentil Soup
Ingredients Ingredients
1 cube of chicken bouillon 1 cup vegetable bouillon
2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 cup black lentils
1 (12 oz.) package Lo Mein noodles (Measure out ½ cup brown basmati rice (or plain brown rice)

½ medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup fresh snow pea pods
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup fresh bok choy, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon black pepper
8 oz. plain yogurt
Directions
Fill Pasta Boat with water to the “1” mark. Directions
Add all ingredients in the order listed. Fill Pasta Boat pot with water to the “4” mark.
Place on strainer lid. Pour in vegetable bouillon, lentils, and rice, and microwave

6 slices bacon, cut-up 2 cups rice
1 large onion, diced 2 ½ cups chicken broth
1 small bell pepper, seeded and diced 1 carrot chopped
2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans 3 scallion (green onions), chopped
½ cup tomato catsup ½ cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
