RATIONALE:

The Inspectorate Team of the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (City ENRO)-Regulatory and Law Enforcement
Division (RLED) incessantly perform its critical role on protecting the city’s environment from any type of environmental pollutions or
nuisance particularly land, air, water-related pollutions and they responded immediately to such concerns with 24/7 schedule regardless
of weather conditions making them exposed to intense heat and heavy rains which could pose health risks to the inspectors.

This situation has led this Office to procure a personal protective material or equipment suchlike WATER PROOF JACKET for
their health and safety measure since cannot afford to compromise the health of our inspectorate team because their functions are very
significant also to protect the health of the people of this city and keep the city’s environment pollution-free.

OBJECTIVE/S OF THE ACTIVITY:

1. To protect the health of the inspectorate team from exposure to severe rainfall or heat while having day and night environmental
inspection and monitoring of all pollutions besetting the city.

METHODOLOGIES:
1. Coordinate with the City Mayor and City Budget Office for the budget allocation;
2. Coordinate with the registered tailoring for the procurement process of water proof jackets.

BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS: Php 12, 000.00 ( 4 x P3,000 = P12,000.00)

EXPECTED OUTPUTS:
1. Perform continuous environmental pollution inspection and regulation without back log on every desired schedule.
