and pillows lie in disarray, and the mind reeling in those nerve-wracking moments.

According to insiders, even Jenji is not too proud of the way the season 7 was executed. She
is pitching for the reboot of OINTB to give it a perfect send-off. News has it that Jenji is
writing an explosive finale for season 8 so that a fan remembers the series for what it was.
Season 7 somewhere toned down the indulgence which was earlier associated with the
name of OINTB.
This time, the queen of binge is obsessed to give the audience what they want. Netflix has
always shown keen interest in the reboot but it was Jenji who thought it’s time to move
over Orange Is the New Black.

Netflix, as mentioned earlier wants Jenji to go for a spin-off or the reboot of the series. She
has chosen to reboot OINTB with season 8 so that she can get over the guilt of a horrible
finale.
There hasn’t been an official confirmation of OINTB season 8 by Netflix so, there is no
release date yet. But a series like Orange Is the New Black can continue forever. Going by
Jenji’s pattern of work, we are assured that the reboot wouldn’t just be an appendage and
the finale episode of season 8 will hopefully be a fantastic end to the supreme series.
