We are Mary Jane Ramones, married and with two kids and Mary Ann Velasco, sisters of Marie Jane
Velasco aka Marie/Mj.

We first met Andrew thru photos that my sister Marie sent to us via Facebook messenger. Marie and
all of us in the family, our means of communication is Facebook and messenger because we are miles
apart. So, everything that we need to know about her in New Zealand is via Facebook/messenger.
Marie mentioned to us that she met someone in Facebook and they started dating in September 2018.
She sent us some of Andrew’s photos, for us to know who she is dating. After days and weeks passed
by, Marie often sent us updates about her dating stage, and when they became officially together. And
we are so much happy about it. The whole family rejoiced when we found out thinking that its
Marie’s first boyfriend after couple of years being single and they were a lovely and perfect couple.
Until month of December 2018 came, they started living together, of course with our parent’s
permission and us her siblings. On the same month, that’s the first time we and our parents met
Andrew via messenger video call and his cute dog Teddy. We are so happy and grateful to meet him
and had the chance to talk to him. Since then, we used to see them both (Andrew and Marie), in video
call if they are not busy at work and has spare time to call us just to send regards to everyone
especially during Christmas and New Year’s holiday. The test of time has proven their love for each
other. Their relationship is more than a year now, but they are still intact with each other. They still
consistently going out having meals together and spending time going out of town during holidays.
We are so glad that Andrew’s parents met my sister so many times until they spend Christmas
together in Andrew’s parents’ house in Hanmer. We heard a lot of good things from them as what my
sisters told us. They seems to be a nice and well-mannered family. We have witnessed their happiness
being together in a relationship. Andrew is really a nice, kind and loving man. He even told us that He
fell in love with our sister Marie because she’s amazing in every ways and as part of a complete
package she’s a good cook. We often sees their Facebook posts/updates about foods that they eat and
cook together at their home. Our family is so happy and overwhelming how Andrew is looking after
our sister Marie, and how full of joy and love their relationship is. We are excited to meet Andrew
personally soon as they are planning to come and visit us here in the Philippines.

In behalf of our family, we sincerely believe that Marie Jane Velasco and Andrew James Saunders
relationship is genuine and stable. They are destined to be as a perfect and lovely couple. Therefore,
this letter confirms our full support of Marie Jane Velasco and Andrew Saunders partnership visa
application so that they can be together forever and everlasting.
