 Remarks

Northern part of route has free-flowing traffic since the roadway is wide (6 lanes total). On-going road
widening projects, chokepoints, and presence of tricycles on the southern part of the route slowed down the
traffic but did not result in any major build-up. NOTE: Geo Tracker, a phone application, was used instead of a
Garmin GPS Device.

The delays were caused by the intersection of Governor's Drive with local roads. Median construction and
road improvement projects are on-going on some towns of Cavite.

Traffic build-up occur at junctions along the northern part of Santa Rosa - Tagaytay Road. Dashcam files are
not available.
