General objective:

The Aims that we have in this work it is to know more our client, to investigate that he
needs and that it is needed to give a better service, which was helping to remain potentially

3. Information of the Client

Name and activity of our client according to project.

Flours of Colombia, dedicated principally to production of products of grain mill.

The requirements are the flow of information, system software, product in well quality,
good storage, fulfillments of the legal and environmental procedure.

His needs a good service gives, that his goods come rightly in time, free of plagues and
information a day in his inventories.

We handle the storage of wheat importing, that comes from Canadá in good conditions,
analysis is realized to guarantee to the delivery in the same conditions of receipt.

They work with the grain mill for the production of his products Branch S.A., which
governs with the law 1581 of 2012, law 1266 of 2008 and law 79 of 1993.

It implies looking for new applications of the product to catch new segments, which can be
carried out by means of the identification of new opportunities, new channels of
distribution, and new domestic and international markets.

The positioning

The Happy television program birthday Amiguitos, I celebrate to hundreds of Colombian

To know more our client, it teaches us that for every process that they realize, there are
