INTERVENTION PROGRAM
FIRST SEMESTER S.Y. 2020-2021

I. TITLE: Increase the chances in passing the LICENSURE EXAMINATION FOR TEACHERS.

II. PROPONENT: Let reviewer is prepared to help the students to pass the LET. Not all who take the LET pass it, in fact majority of those who took
the LET failed. The National percentage of passing the Let RANGED FROM 15% TO 36%. This means that the mortality rates have been
extremely high from 64% in 85%. Means in every ten (10) examinees 6 to 8 examinees fail. Only 2 to 4 let examinees pass.

III. PROGRAM DURATION: Three months before the examination.

IV. RATIONALE:
1. Engage yourself in review that focused on the LET competencies.
Let Review will be a great help.
Some who prepare blindly for the LET. They have no knowledge on the competencies on which they are tested. You are fortunate to have
the table of specification with you focused on the LET COMPETENCIES promulgated by the Board for Professional Teachers, Professional
Regulation Commission.
2. Master the Competencies in all the test. Test your mastering of the competencies by doing the practice test in the reviewer. Answer the
test items given in the reviewer to the best of your ability. Do not be afraid to connect mistake. You will from then. If you want on honest
evaluation of how much you have masters. Be time to yourself. Do not look at the answer keep as you are answering the test items. Refer
to your answer key only after you have answered the test items. After checking your answer against the answer key keep you find out that
you did not get all items correctly. This means that you must do more reading. Read as many references as you can in both print and
electronic forms to the point of concept mastery. After further reading go back to the test items which you did not get and answer them
once more. If you do these for every competency, you are assured of passing the LET examinations.

3. Learn to shade answer sheets correctly. Many LET examinees fail because they do not know how to shade their answer sheet correctly.
Learn to do it with the use of the LET answer sheet.

4. Develop your reading comprehension skill in English. Except in the test items for Filipino in General Education and in specialization. All
written text items are asked in English. If your reading comprehension in English is excellent you will have greater chances to pass.

5. Most of all put your mind and heart into your LET preparation. Right after graduation prepare the required document for LET at the
nearest PRC office as early as possible. Avoid rush, long queue at PRC which happen on last days of filing for LET application. Take note the
deadline for LET application is usually three (3) months before the conduct of the LET. Prepare months before the conduct of the LET. The
months before the LET should be devoted to serious study. REMEMBER:” No Pain, No gain”, no palm, No throne”, no Gall “No Glory”, No
Cross, No Crown”. Now that you have decided to take it make a promise and more that that, make a commitment to pass the LET.
