Trusts in government is so low because throughout history there’s
been times when the government told us nothing and lied to us. Sometimes the government would say one thing and then do something else.

It’s important because participation is what runs our government. We
can change who is our leader or president and it depends on all the people who go to vote. Also not only voting but we can make petitions and other forms to contact people of high authority.
