Following passion involves

discovering things that spark our passion, improves our expertise in a specific field, and
try using those skills to contribute to something other than our own.

Passion change the things that we are passionate about today isn’t quite the same in
five years’ time. So, it may be a highly unreliable thing to do to follow the advice of
following the passion to get a career which satisfies. Even though you are passionate
about something doesn’t mean you are not stuck into it. Also, often even though you
are trying to improve on it, but you don’t. that is where it gets important to figure out
your strengths. So, instead of following the passion to get a career there are few things
the person can do to make right decisions. First, exploring because people can’t work
out stuff by talking about what they are good at. Also, at school students should try to
get good marks but at the same time they should do extra-Curricular activities. Keep
trying after graduation by being open to potential positions that don’t seem to be a
good match for what you originally chose, but in case of knowledge sound encouraging.
Secondly, Knowledge of the abilities and skills may help to identify what are you going
to be working on in the future. And anything you are passionate about could provide
you with useful clues. Finally, the most helpful career advice is “Do what is important”,
rather than pursuing your passion. Because when you help someone to overcome their
issues, bring value, that others will respect you and be ready to support you and even
pay for your services. Furthermore, you find satisfaction in your job because you are
able to support people. And in order for you to continue the job, you have to enjoy what
you do.

To sum up, passion is the concentrated attention, effort and strong emotion that we are
providing in doing the important job that is the right for us. It is basically discovering you
purpose in life. This would be the intersection between what are you doing well, what
you like to do and a worldwide requirement you can fulfill.
