Introduction

LoomvaLoops is a start-up accessories retail establishment. We expect to catch the interest of a


regular customer base with its broad variety of loom band products. We also plan to build a
strong market position in the field of business through the help of Mrs. Gayly Ann I. Tolentino,
Head Teacher of the TLE Department.

LoomvaLoops aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet the demand of the middle-
to higher-income local market area residents and tourists.

Mission

Our mission is to earn profit. To be able to recover the capital spent in the establishment
of the business at least possible time. And provide our customers’ satisfaction by
providing them collectible – trending product and good service.

Vision

Our vision is to constantly strive in providing cute, nice and attractive loomband items.
We will be pro-active and entrepreneurial. Consumers will take pleasure in reaching for
our products and services because they are the best value in money. We will meet our
customers’ interests, wants and needs.

Objectives

 To show our creativity in producing our products


 To create profitable business enterprise that sells different useful products out of loom
bands.
 Design a business that donates employee hours to a costs and apply new ideas for
developing our products.

Executive Summary

The project came about because loom bands is very trending nowadays so we want to
promote different items we can produce by using it with innovativeness, we create our
products attractive in the eye of our consumers especially for those people of different
ages who loves putting accessories and collecting collectible items.

Organization and Management Plan

Management

our team consists of six members from senior students of Eulogio Rodriguez Integrated School
who wants to build-up a small retail store of accessories that all people of different ages would
like. We will have a Sales Staff, Production Staff and Advertising and Promotion Staffs that will
directly report to our Teacher-adviser.

The teacher-adviser will keep the sales and production track for us to be able to produce a quality
and affordable product.

The Office of Councilor Charisse Abalos will fund financial help for us to start the business.

The Sales Staff are the person in charge in selling and distributing the products to the ultimate
consumers.
The Production Staff are the people who will be in charge in producing a high-quality and unique
loom band products.

The Advertising and Promotion Staff are in charge in promoting products through media, words
of mouth and leaflets.

Compared to our competitors, we have our competitive advantage in terms of our
products and services in the following reasons:

a. Price to make product affordable to the target market and reflect value of the
benefits: The price of our LoomvaLoop collectibles starts at Php 30 to Php 150.00,
depending on its style and product.
b. Service (Convenience): Our products are readily served, while our services depend
with our customers’ request.
c. Location: SM Trademark
d. Reputation: our reputation is our customers’ need.
e. Methods of Selling: In selling our products, we have two offers. The first one , our
finished products are ready for our customers’ pick and second is having our
customers’ request.
f. Hours and Methods of Operation: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
g. Advertising: To call the attention of the consumers, generally in order to have sales,
we are going to have leaflets, sampling, and words of mouth.
