11. Brief Facts of the case - Pramila Devi, W/o-Dilip Singh,village-Khajurar-P.S.-bhadaur

Living presently at Panchsheel Nagar, Barh for taking board examination of BSEB of her

minor daughter who was kidnapped by mollifying her daughter on pretext of marriage.

On examination of the statements given by the witnesses, informant, inspection of the

crime scene and statement u/s 164 of CrPC of the victim before the judge along with

medical examination report and second application by the informant, It is established that

this case holds the charge under section 363 /366A/34 of IPC there has been apmle

evidence on record against the accused Babul Kumar which establishes the alleged crime.

The accused Badal Kumar,S/o and Brahmchari Kumar are absconding and investigation

is still going on for their arrest. Therefore, this chargesheet is being submitted against

Babul Kumar u/s 363/366A/34 of IPC.
