To me, bullying is…

 Hard to escape. This is usually in cyberbullying because it stays there forever which
makes it difficult to bypass
 It spreads quickly. This can create more people cyberbully that person. This might be
because they think “they know I am kidding” and “they don’t know me”
 They writer could be anonymous. Even if the person bullied calls for help the would
first need to find out who the person bullying them is. This could take a while and
the bullied person thinks “I need evidence or else they won’t believe me”. As they do
that the bullying gets more and more hurtful.
 The person bullying could be thinking “it is funny they probably think that too”. This
is when the person bullying is not aware of what he is making the other person feels.

Protecting yourself online…

 Don’t share your password. This could cause hackers and they could use your
account and get you in trouble.
 Block anyone who you’ve contacted with that was negative or unsafe. This is to stop
them from having contact with you from seeing your profile
 Think before you share or post something. If you see someone being bullied you
shouldn’t share it because it could cause more people to bully them.
 Pick a safe profile. Do not put your real name or anything that is personal. This is to
protect you from others, there are people who try to steal your profile and track
down where you live.
