Welcome to the CP Family!

Let me begin by saying thank you for your interest in becoming a client. I’m extremely excited and grateful for the possibility of
working with you and helping you achieve your goals.

While some people are skeptical initially about online coaching, I can assure you it’s a great option, especially if you don’t have quality
coaches and trainers to work with locally. I’ve had a great deal of success with an online model, and I’m confident we can have the same
kind of success with you!

First and foremost, I require all new clients to sign-on for a minimum of three-months. I do this for two reasons:

 This gives me peace of mind that the client is serious and dedicated to achieving his/her fitness/performance goals.
Not only do I pride myself on my own success, but that of my clients as well. If you aren't serious about achieving your
strength, physique or long-term health goals, I'm probably not the coach for you.

 This ensures that I will have adequate time to produce results. As we all know, Rome wasn't built in a day - and I can't
make you a strong, fast, mother f%$#er in one month. With a three-month minimum time frame, we can definitely start to see
some noticeable changes in your performance.

After your agreement commences, it will auto-renew monthly until you decide to cancel. All that I ask is you give me 30 days notice
to cancel any future payments.

Getting Started – Your Online Assessment

1) I will need videos of each of the three exercises below.


2) I will also need videos of:
a. 10m sprint
b. 20m sprint
c. 30m sprint

Once complete, please post the videos as unlisted on YouTube. Don’t worry – unlisted means no one can review them unless they
have a direct link. Downloading 20 and 30 megabytes worth of video clips can be quite cumbersome, not to mention the fact that your
e-mail provider probably won’t let you do it!

Uploading to YouTube is the simplest way to review videos for everyone involved, so please go that route versus e-mailing directly to
me.

2) List your short-term and long-term goals. This may difficult for some, especially because many haven't done it before!

However, this will give me clarity when writing your program as we’ll be focusing on the most important things first. And please don’t
worry too much if they aren’t perfect, we'll work together to develop an action plan to help you achieve those goals.

Along these same lines, please let me know how many days per week you want to train (3-5), along with what equipment you
have access to.

3) After I have all this, the last thing I need is a payment for the three months. I’ve provided three different options, based on
how long you’d like to work together:

3-Month Agreement - $449/month

6-Month Agreement - $399/month

12-Month Agreement - $349/month

What’s Next?

Once I have all your information, I will send you a bunch of materials via Basecamp. This is a great way to not only keep in touch, but
to keep our communication organized as well.

Messaging through Basecamp also assures that online clients get the first response from me via e-mail. As you can imagine I get a ton of
e-mails daily; by using Basecamp I get a special notification so that I can respond fastest to online clients.

WhatsApp is a great way to keep in touch if you need help right away. This doesn’t mean I will always be available. But if I am, expect a
swift and quick response!

RTS New Client Quick Start Guide

1 – Take your full-length postures shots and e-mail them directly to Hunter (hunter@charneskipower.com).

2 – Take your video clips and post them as Unlisted videos on YouTube. E-mail me the direct links to all of your videos for review.

3 – E-mail me a list of your short and long-term goals. Please include how many days per week you want to train (3-5), and the
equipment you have access to.

4 – Pay via the appropriate link below.
