Dear Principal,

In view of the countrywide lockdown announced by the Government of

India on 22:03:2020, all affiliated institutes of the National Council for Hotel
Management, NOIDA across the country had to suspend all academic
activity. Due to unprecedented conditions, the All India Academic Calendar
for 2019-20, which was to culminate in April/ May 2020 through conduct of
End Term Examinations, has been disrupted.

As per practice and as scheduled in the NCHM Academic Calendar 2019-

20, six weeks of Summer Vacations are prescribed. In view of prevailing
conditions, it has been decided to provide for break from 15th April till
27th May 2020.

The National Council for Hotel Management is also compelled to postpone

the scheduled End Term Examinations for April/ May 2020 due to the
nationwide lockdown. Resultantly, fresh dates for examinations would be
informed subsequently to institutes based on prevailing conditions in the
country. Institutes may await for further instructions in this regard.

These issues with the approval of Secretary (Tourism), Government of

India & Chairman of the NCHMCT, Ministry of Tourism.
