NOTICE

Online Registration of the Continuing Students for Winter Semester (January-May), 2022

This is for information of all concerned that the registration of continuing students for Winter Semester
(January-May), 2022 will be held online. All eligible continuing students should ensure completing each
of the following tasks for completion of their semester registration:

1. Course registration: All UG, PG and PhD students must have done their course registration
through https://academic.iitg.ac.in/sso/
2. Payment of semester registration fee through IITG E-Payment Gateway:
https://online.iitg.ac.in/epay. The last date for making the fee payment is 04/01/2022.
3. Must ensure that they should not have any dues related to hostel and Gymkhana. They are
advised to clear their dues within 04/01/2022. Otherwise their registration will be considered
as PROVISONAL and after certain period their names will be struck-off from the roll list.
4. Attending the online registration process through MS Teams meeting with the registration
officials of the concerned Department/Centre/School.
5. Batch wise schedule and contact details of the officials will be announced soon.

Academic Affairs Section will compile the list of students who have completed each and every task
mentioned above and will publish the list of registered students for the Winter Semester, 2022.

It may also be noted that the appeals of the students -

(a) who are liable to be terminated due to having scored LESS CPI
(b) who have exceeded the maximum period of study
(c) PhD students who are debarred due to pending academic requirements

are already considered and such students who are allowed, must complete their registration on
04/01/2022. Further, if any student having pending matters must clear the same and complete his/her
registration with an appropriate fine within the scheduled late registration period as per Academic
Calendar by 11/01/2022.
