NOTICE

On approval of the competent authority, it is being notified that the ODD semester, 2020-21 will commence
from 1st September, 2020 with all matters related to the academic and admission activity. All are advised to
follow the Institute website (www.nitdgp.ac.in) at: ACADEMICS> Notices> Student Notice Board and
ACADEMICS> Calendar for the related notices.

PG students’ admission-2020
Online enrollment of the First semester students for M. Tech. programs (through CCMT) and M. Sc. Programs
(through CCMN) will start once the lists of the allotted candidates are received by the Institute and the system
is ready for it (likely to be first week of September 2020). At this instant of time no physical reporting or
verification of the documents will be undertaken as transport systems and the pandemic situation are not
favorable. The enrollment will be provisional to start the online academic activity only. These students are to
note that any excess payment made during the counselling process will be refunded on receipt of the account
from the counselling agencies. Additionally, follow the Institute website for the notices at: ACADEMICS>
Admission> Postgraduate> MTech/ Msc.

Online enrollment of the First semester students selected by the Institute system for other PG programs will
also be undertaken soon to start the online academic activity only as stated above. The notices will be posted
on Institute website at: ACADEMICS> Admission> Postgraduate> MBA/MSW.

PhD admission-2020
The advertisement will be posted on the Institute website shortly and all the information will be available at:
ACADEMICS> Admission> PhD.

UG admission-2020
B. Tech. First year admission will be as per the JoSSA/ CSAB notices/instructions and will be notified
accordingly.
