NOTIFICATION
It is hereby informed that the semester end examinations of B.Tech VIII semester (Regular and
Supplementary, R-2015) will be held in OFFLINE MODE as per the directions of the affiliating University
JNTUK-Kakinada during 12th to 19th September 2020. The detailed timetable will be informed shortly through
college website (www.gvpce.ac.in)

The B.Tech. VIII semester students (2016 admitted, 2017 admitted through lateral entry) are required to submit
examination application online by logging in GVPCE(A) Information Management System (GVPIMS)
(http://125.62.214.206) on or before 10th September 2020. For any queries in this regard contact your department
GVPIMS coordinator.

Further, the B.Tech VIII semester supplementary students (2015 admitted, 2016 admitted through Lateral entry) are
required to submit the examination application by following the procedure available in the link on college website
www.gvpce.ac.in on or before 10th September 2020.

The students are required to write the examinations in the college premises, strictly following the precautions and
guidelines suggested by Central and State governments for COIVD-19 pandemic.

The administration reserves the right to change the schedule based on the prevailing conditions.

The students are also informed that they have to make their own arrangements in advance, for their travel, lodging
and boarding during the examination days.

Guidelines:
 Students shall report to the college two hours before the commencement of examination.
 Students will be issued hall tickets on the first day of examination.
 Students shall maintain a physical distance of six-feet at all times, and should not cause any disturbance to others in maintaining
pandemic guidelines.
 Students shall carry drinking water in a transparent bottle and have to make their own arrangements for food.
 Students shall cooperate with the staff for temperature check.
 Students shall wear a three-layered Facemask big enough to cover nose and mouth, Hand gloves and a transparent bottle of 50 ml
hand Sanitizer. A face shield is also desirable.
 Students shall sanitize their hands before entering the room; before & after signing attendance; and before & after submission of
answer script.
 In case, any student is suffering from serious health condition / any other scenario that arise due to COVID-19 pandemic, and is unable
to attend the examinations as per schedule, he / she / parent shall send a mail to the Principal with all the relevant proofs on or before
10th September 2020 for further action based on guidelines from statutory bodies.
 If any student is suffering from any illness they have to report immediately to staff available.
