NOTICE
Online Applications are invited in prescribed forms for MCM Scholarship / CSS scholarship / PM
Scholarship for the Academic Year 2022-23, from the UG/PG students. Eligible students are advised to fill
the Online Scholarship Application Form given in the NSP portal.
The following points are to be noted while applying for scholarship
1. Detailed guidelines and FAQ are available on the NSP home page for each scholarship. Read it
carefully.
2. Eligible students are advised to fill the Online Scholarship Application Form given in the NSP
portal. https://scholarships.gov.in
3. The online submission form (signed by the student) along with all relevant documents (Please see
Annexure 1) scanned to form a single pdf shall be uploaded to the google form provided below.

Students are advised to fill all required fields in the google form carefully and upload a legible,
readable pdf file of documents listed in Annexure – I.
Please note that the verification at Institute level of the scholarship can only be carried out for
students who fill the google form, hence make sure that you fill the google form as soon as you
submit your application in NSP portal.
4. Hardcopy of these documents need not be sent to the Academic Section.
5. Students are advised to check the NSP Portal regularly to ensure Institute Verification of their
application.
The closing date of the application for scholarships by the students will be on 25th October 2022.

ANNEXURE I

(Fresh)

1. Final NSP Submission form (signed by the student).


2. Income Certificate (Issued by the Competent Authority in the State/UT Government after 1st
April 2022).
3. Community Certificate (Issued by the Competent Authority in the State/UT Government)
4. Bonafide Certificate (Format generated from NSP)
5. Self-declaration of Community Certificate.
6. Self-Attested copy of ‘Previous Qualifying Exam / Board Mark sheet’ as filled in the NSP
Application.
7. Fee receipt of current and previous semester. (While uploading documents in NSP, kindly
upload Fee Structure)
8. Proof of Bank Account in the name of Student.
9. Aadhar Card copy
10. Domicile / Nativity Certificate.
11. Admission Record Copy.
12. Recent Passport Size Photo of student.
13. Hostel Certificate. (Only for hostellers)

(Renewal)
1. Final NSP Submission form (signed by the student).
2. Bonafide certificate (Format generated from NSP Application Portal)
3. Previous academic year mark sheet. (Mark list from DSS is not valid. Please submit provisional
grade card)
4. Fee receipt of current and previous semester. (While uploading documents in NSP, kindly
upload Fee Structure)
5. Proof of Bank Account in the name of Student.
6. Aadhar Card copy
7. Domicile / Nativity Certificate.
8. Recent Passport Size Photo of student.
9. Hostel Certificate. (Only for hostellers)
