Airports Authority Of India is a Public Sector Undertaking of GOI,
working under Ministry of Civil Aviation.
AAI is mainly involved in management of Civil Aviation in India and is
currently managing 137 Airports in India.
Air Traffic Control is a service provided to pilots, in order to prevent
collisions and to provide information and support to pilots.
We have to monitor location of aircraft with the help of radar and communicate
with pilots using VHF.

Also our job is to look whether all the aircraft are separated on ground as well
as air by instructing pilots which they have to follow
Most of the students are confused or clueless about their
future after engg.

Maybe because of lack of information or knowledge they

have about various opportunities.

Commonly students think as, after enggineering they have

to go Bangalore and work for a company. But they don’t look
for other opportunities.

So here is the small interactive session regarding

opportunities in Govt/Public Sector.
What are

?
PSU are owned and managed by GOI, where majority of investment is borne by
GOI.
These are administered by Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public
Enterprise.

There are 10 Maharatna, 14 Navaratna and 74 Miniratna Enterprises.

The list of PSUs for ECE recruitment through GATE 2021 are listed below:

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL)

Airports Authority of India (AAI)
NLC India Limited (NLC)
Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL)
National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)
Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL)
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL)
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC)
I would strongly recommend each and every student of E&C to prepare
and appear for GATE Exam.

a) M.Tech in IIT’s or NIT’s or IISC Bangalore.

b) M.S in abroad Universities and then into R&D Field.
c) DRDO and ISRO (R&D Field)

or

b) Get selected in PSU’s.

• With a good gate score one can secure a seat for pursuing M.Tech in
IIT’s or NIT’s

a) Job with higher package in MNCs or

b) Career as a professor in various reputed Engg Colleges.

GATE 2021 Scorecard will be available for

download from  One week after the declaration of results

NOTE: GATE Scorecard is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of
announcement of results. In case, a candidate forgets to download scorecard or lose
it, it can be retrieved by paying a fee of INR 500 for obtaining the same.
