This lil groovy angel is Reema, she’s been specially dressed up to welcome me at #DFECD
village Henzal. I’m heartbroken to see some nomadic girls have to walk more than 3 miles
to reach our small ECD school.

The lush green #Darail valley, district #Diamer I was surprised to see the greenery and
terraced green fields of the valley. Temperature was high in October as compared to Gilgit.
The fertile land of Darail is full of fruit trees particularly Pomegranates, almonds and
walnuts.

Focusing on a very hospitable #Darail village, district #Diamer. October 2019, we were able
to visit Darail along with Diamer Youth Movement (education n advocacy champions of the
district). We met and assessed the needs of young children and families of #Phuguch village

Village #Kenderik DFECD school, one of the remote highland of District #Kharmang went
through a bitter cold and heavy snow. Their spring season starts by the end of April. Poor
children spend months without single bath or shower, due to extreme poverty and fear of
getting sick.

Picnic at Rose garden #Greewich park, with my lovely friend Ren who cooked wonderful
vegan dishes
