Q NO 1:
Yes, zander’s dilemma made the business successful at first place. As making company broader
i.e. expanding the business is dream of an entrepreneur and the market that zander enter was not
much competitive. A successful business makes entrepreneur greedy that’s why without even
thinking technically they focus on expanding of business.

Q NO 2:
Laura should focus, set a target market and give main importance to it.They should set a
budget and spend money accordingly. Besides giving time on social media, more time should
be given to making a name in market by using pamphlets and brochures.

Q NO 3:
Step zander should take to redesign website:
By making their website easy to use and understand. By giving special offers (sales). By
posting new and unique products. Adding more pictures so that it could attract people
more. Spread the link to all the customers via messages so that they should open it.
Q NO 5:
Recommendations:
Find the loop holes and work on them. Understand the customer demands and update their
product continuously. Put more focus on customer satisfaction. Follow the principles of lean
management and use continuous improvement technique.
