UNDERTAKING PARTIES

A. ORGANIZER
a. 50% downpayment in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (7,500.00) at least
two weeks prior the event and 50% remaining balance in the amount of Seven Thousand
Five Hundred Pesos (7,500.00) exclusive of VAT for the DJ services of DJ CALVIN FELIPE at
Paradiso Verde Organic Farm Resort in Labo, Camarines Norte.
b. Provisions of set-up, Lights & Sound System, DJ EQUIPMENT, Accommodation,
Transportation allowances, and Holding area with meals.
B. SPONSOR/SUPPLIER
a. Provision of DJ CALVIN FELIPE at Paradiso Verde Organic Farm Resort in Labo, Camarines
Norte on May 2, 2020.

SANCTIONS FOR BREACH

No show / Non-performance during the scheduled date of activity would mean cancellation
of this agreement and non-payment of the above-mentioned dues to the supplier. Should
cancellation appear imminent, SUPPLIER should provide a replacement, performer or service
of an equal or higher caliber for the same agreed package cost as the cancelled performer.
