CLIENT GUIDELINES:
 Plus 10% Service Charge
 Client must advise Pio Garden Restaurant for any changes a week prior to the event
 Full payment must be settled a week prior to the event
 Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Sound system and Lights for 4 hours, additional Php 7,500.


• Additional hours will be charged Php 3,000 per hour.
• Allowed extension of hours per event is 2 hours.
• Any food or beverage brought inside will have a corresponding corkage fee,
amount to be determined depending on the item.

 DEFINITE BOOKING - Once you sign and return this letter, along with the required deposit of
PHP 5,000, your reservation will be confirmed and considered a definite booking. All deposits are non-
refundable.
 FOOD AND BEVERAGE - No food and beverage of any kind may be brought into Pio Garden Restaurant
by the Customer or any of the Customer’s guests or invitees unless prearranged and approved by the
Management.
 PAYMENT - Payment should be settled one (1) week prior to the event.
 LIABILITY The Customer agrees to be responsible for any damages to the function area or any other
part of Pio Garden Restaurant, The Breakers building, or any other off-site premises at which the
function may be held, by the Customer, his guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors, or
other agents under the Customer’s control. Pio Garden Restaurant will not assume or accept any
responsibility for damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the venue prior to, during, or
following the Customer’s function.
 AGREEMENT The agreement shall be considered accepted once both parties have signed below. It is
our understanding that you are empowered by your group to make these arrangements. A signature
delivered by facsimile or electronic means will be considered binding for both parties.

Allocation of Fees and Costs: The arbitrator may, in the Award, allocate all or part of the costs of the arbitration,
including the fees of the arbitrator and the reasonable attorneys’ fees of the prevailing party.
