of works.

Federation of Civil Engineering
Contractors, Zimbabwe Association
of Consulting Engineers.

Clause 69 states that disputes are
resolved first by mediation, if it fails,
arbitration is adopted.
Clause 47-Contractor is liable to
penalties for delay through liquidated
and ascertained damages after being
granted extension of time.

govern the contract.
The Administrator certifies

resolved by an adjudicator, then
arbitrator if the first fails.
Clause 35-Administrator issues

Administrator nominates the sub-
