Please be guided accordingly. Below are the following steps and reminders for the pictorial.

Step 1. REGISTRATION

Get a number from the staff and fill up the form. After filling in the form, please take a seat in the
waiting area and wait to be called.

Step 2. HAIR AND MAKE-UP

Hair and Make-up are provided for the students for both men and women. For female, who desired to
put on eyelashes, additional fee may incur. Please wait to be called.

Step 3. DRESSING

Putting on polo shirt and tie for men/casual dress for women and putting on the toga. You will be
assisted by a dresser. Please wait to be called.

Step 4. PHOTO SHOOT

You will be asked to sit on a stool. Please wait to be called.

Step 5. VIEWING

Choose your best photo by viewing all shots taken. The chosen photo will be used in the yearbook.

Step 6. ALL DONE

Returning the toga and polo shirt and tie for men/casual dress for women to the dresser. The dresser
will assist you.

REMINDER!

Please remove your ID, ballpen, cap before entering the studio and keep thm in your bag. Do not leave
your things unattended. We are not responsible for lost items.

NO LOITERING!

As soon as you finish your business here, kindly leave the room so that others may be attended to.

FOR CREATIVE SHOTS:

Do not bring props. Wacky shots are to be taken together with a provided white board (with texts
desired requested by the student).
