-TAEBO is my favorite exercise because it's a combination of dancing and


martial arts. I enjoy performing Taebo every week because i can express my
emotions and i can release my stress through dancing, kicking and punching.
It also helps me to stay fit and healthy by burning calories in my body,
improves my cardio vascular endurance, and self defense. Taebo helps me to
freeing my stress and have a positive attitude
