I've used FITT principles in my workouts by changing the frequency with which I perform them. I
also increase the intensity to make the workouts more difficult. I attempt to do the activities for longer
lengths of time and vary the sort of workout so that they never become boring. There was a time when
I was not in the mood to exercise, so I stopped, but that stop turned into a week, and so on, and I
stopped exercising, so my shape became ugly, and all I did was eat and eat even if it was unhealthy
sometimes. Which is why I am happy that it is required to do some of this at school so that I have a
motivation, even if I am lack of sleep sometimes, I do some exercises for grades,  And this is extremely
beneficial to me. I became a lazy last month, but physical education has helped me get back on track
and continue my daily routine. Now, even if I don't get enough sleep every night, I do some exercise in
the afternoon to stay in shape. Exercising keeps my body fit and healthy. This subject has been a huge
benefit to me; my laziness is gradually disappearing, and I've become more active. Even when I'm
exhausted, I don't feel it. I understood I had to return to the person I had been and who I was intended
to be; the Healthy me. I regained control of my health and began precisely controlling my meals, as I
had done during my fitness journey. Exercise forces me to work harder than I would on my own, and
the fact that I have an exercise buddy (my sister) makes it even more enjoyable. I've been sticking to
my workout routine because I'm infatuated with how it makes me feel. I enjoy working out. It gives me
a sense of assurance. It gives me the impression that everything is possible if I put my mind to it. It
energizes me, relaxes my thoughts, and is almost contemplative in nature. I can fully empty my
thoughts and be completely present during workout. I concentrate on the moves I'm doing, and
nothing else matters except how I feel physically and how satisfied I am of myself at the time. Seeing
the results of my hard work is very satisfying for me. Many people are praising my body because of its
