I used symmetrical and asymmetrical body shape in dancing. In Actions, I used both
non-locomotor and locomotor movements. I have turning, bending, and swinging steps which
belongs to non-locomotor movements, and I also have toe pointing steps and stepping steps
which belongs to locomotor movements.
2. How did you made use of the space? Describe in terms of:
● Direction – I do left and right side walks.
● Level – I completed my dance steps with medium level space which only
includes standing and kneeling.
● Size – I completed my dance steps with small size or movement or actions.
● Focus – I only focused on my steps, as we see in the video, I don’t look at
different directions.
The timing is average speed, not too fast, not too slow. It also has pauses but no silent
beats.
For me. It is average quality, not too perfect, not too bad. I used smaller size of actions
or movements because my place of dancing is a bit small. In addition, I am dancing a
happy/funny type song, not hip hop, cramping or anything.

1. What are the reasons why most of the people don’t have time for physical activities such
as exercise and dancing?
One of the reasons why most of the people don’t have time for physical activities such
as exercise and dancing is because of lack of time, especially for adults that put most of
their time is working. Kids nowadays were being busy in studying, playing video games
or hanging with friends and going to somewhere else because of lost interest in physical
activities.
Since our country is in pandemic state, most of the towns and cities in the Philippines
were locked down. For the people who has and has no gadgets and has nothing else to remove
their boredom, dancing is one of the best activities for them. It can also provide benefits to our
body and mind. Dancing makes our body healthy and with the help of music we can gain
interest in dancing and relieve the stress we have.

1. Would you recommend dancing as an activity done at home especially when most
people stay at home, why or why not?
Yes, I would recommend dancing as an activity done at home especially, we are in pandemic
state right now. It is best to dance at home than dancing with many people in public or crowded
places, because we might get infected by the COVID-19 virus. We can still dance together with
our friends or relatives that far away through video calls, there we can dance together without
having a possibility to get infected by the COVID-19 virus.
