Make a list and give a short description of exercises you can do during

5. Exercise that uses body weight for -a common calisthenics exercise beginning
resistance (eg, push-ups) from the prone position. By raising and
lowering the body using the arms, push-ups
exercise the pectoral muscles, triceps, and
anterior deltoids, with ancillary benefits to the
rest of the deltoids, serratus anterior,
coracobrachialis and the midsection as a
whole.
Identify or describe the type of exercise and rate how intense the
