First to discuss is Aquatics and its importance.
 What is Aquatic?
 Aquatic is also known as water
sports, or anything played in water.
Water sports are fun and popular
forms of recreational activity.
Activities such as going to the
beach or having swimming parties
are ejoyable for most people in
general.
 Other importance of water sports
includes the following values
1. Inculcation of competitive
values (foor swimmer athlete)
– if an athletes has a goal of
winning, he must have the
attitude of practice his/her skills
often and focus. Meaning
he/she must have the virtue of
discipline in order to when.
Practice him/herself makes the
goal realize at the end of the
competition, and that water
could help athletes to make
themselves more competitive.

therapy has many physical and
mental health benefits for all
ages, from the very young to

conditions, then swimming may
be right for you.”
“Swimming can help improve
your flexibility, strength,
circulation and lung capacity.
When you exercise in water, 90
percent of your body is buoyant
(capable of floating), which takes
the stress off your joints. Water
also provides up to 14 times
more resistance on land as you
exercise and helps disperse body
heat to avoid overheating. Many
doctors and physical therapists
recommend swimming to their
patients for medical problems and
following surgery. It’s particularly
helpful if you use a wheelchair,
crutches or braces on land, since
they often aren’t required while
you’re in the pool.”

endurance. As athletes, you must
have the determination to go over

Activity 2. Direction: From this pandemic we are


experiencing now, try to invite your friends from your
area or barangay to have bonding on your area if you
have, and try to have some swimming experience like
just for fun. Be sure all are documented and after
swimming you can now write the experience of going
out for swimming and its importance.
