Reflection
Exercise makes me feel great, but only after I've finished
the workout. Throughout, I was fatigued and wanted to
stop. It can be quite difficult. I usually feel quite
energized and joyful afterward because I achieved
something. This is an improvement over the normal lazy
feeling I get on days when I don't exercise. I believe that
the benefits of exercising for me are being fitter, having
my mood raised, feeling more invigorated, and feeling
more rested. My buddies have also inspired me by
allowing me to join them. They are, however, far faster
than I am.
