How long have you been exercising?
I joined Snap Fitness in Abbeville in October 2019.

What is your exercise regimen?


I exercise with Stephanie Hebert, my personal trainer 2-3 times per week. I also have a friend
that exercises with me for partner training.

What are your primary fitness goals?


I started exercising to build-up my strength and endurance and to tone-up and lose weight.

Have you reached some of your fitness goals set?


Yes! I started to tone my arms and legs. I have seen a significant improvement in my strength.

How has working with a personal trainer helped you reach your goals?
Stephanie holds me accountable and makes sure I am doing the exercises correctly. She also
encourages me to try exercises and weight that I did not think I could do.

How has exercising helped your daily life tasks?


Exercising has given me more energy and I am less stressed. It helps me relax after work.

Has consistent exercising changed your eating habits?


Exercising has absolutely helped change my eating habits. I am more aware of what I am
eating.

What is your main motivation for exercising?


My main goal is to be healthy and I would like to build muscle and lose fat and weight.

What do you like about being a member of Snap Fitness?


Snap Fitness provides me with a supportive environment where I can exercise at my own
pace. I do not feel intimidated as a beginner.
