 NZ Cost Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is based in Kuala Lumpur and was incorporated on 12 th

January 2006. The company’s main business is to provide consultation services related to QS
cost advice and construction management to a wide range of clients in both public and
private sectors. These services are delivered via a personal and professional approach by a
highly skilled, dedicated and passionate team, a combination that results in a successful
project implementation from inception stage to completion stage.
The executive director of NZ Cost Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is Sr. Ahmad Nazri Bin Mohd
Zainon, 53 years old and has been in the industry for over 25 years. NZ Cost Consultancy
Sdn. Bhd. is a registered QS practice with Board of Quantity Surveyors (BQSM), Malaysia,
under the Quantity Surveying Act 1967 with RISM and under The Ministry of Finance
Malaysia. it is a 100% Bumiputra Company.
The company is born out of a desire to provide an excellent service, and has a high level of
commitment towards service quality. The company’s basic “culture” and ideology is one of
complete commitment to quality service accuracy, timely production and document
completion. This is achieved through the personal involvement of senior personnel in every
project supported by high calibre staff.
Our skills as quantity surveyors are well recognized by major clients. The firm has experience
in major developments, both new and refurbishments with a various number and range of
clients. These involved Landed Residential, Industrial Building, Medium to High Rise
Residential, etc.

The firm believes that the projects placed in our care will be given the outmost attention from
the early cost planning and budgeting stage, to ensure that our Clients could make the right
decisions from the start. A well planned and managed project will not only save time and
money for the Client, but also saves time and money for consultant team through better
efficiency and higher productivity.

Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Advice and
Construction related matters in building and civil
engineering projects.

construction projects ranging from residential homes,
condominium or service apartments, commercial
complexes, and educational buildings to large scale
housing schemes involving township development,
industrial buildings, club houses and recreational
facilities, administrative building and conservation of
heritage buildings.
