Cashflow Plan - Attach Toolbar Utility

This utility attaches Cashflow Plan's special toolbar to Excel. It will never be needed by most users.

The utility will be needed if a user does not have read/write access to Excel 97's *8.XLB toolbar file
to enable Cashflow Plan's toolbar to be added to Excel's toolbar list. This is an Excel-related problem.
It will also be required if an Excel 97 user saves an Cashflow Plan file using the Excel 5.0/95 format. This will
result in the detachment of Cashflow Plan's special toolbar. This is related to Excel file incompatibility.

Use this utility if Cashflow Plan hangs after displaying the message "Cashflow Plan is resetting toolbars, please
wait a minute or so" in the status bar (at the bottom of Excel's Window). If this happens, it will be necessary
to close down Excel (CTRL+ALT+DEL) and/or reboot the PC.

To use the utility, transfer this file to the PC containing Cashflow Plan, load this file with Excel and then press
Run Utility. Next, close this file and load Cashflow Plan as normal. Keep this utility safely in case it is ever

To prevent the hanging problem from recurring, don't save Cashflow Plan files for Excel 97 in the Excel 5.0/95 forma
