The Chair Person, Jazib Introduce the meeting members and the problem about email and web-policy and
misuse of Company Network and System.
Action Items:

All members gave alternative solution about the problem.

Agenda Topic #2 Propose Potential Solutions.
Notes:

The meeting members gave multiples solution about the problem that
how to overcome the misuse of Company Network and System.
Action Items:
By using monitoring software to monitor employee activities.
By using CCTV camera.
By using Web-logger.
By giving unique login Id.
Agenda Topic #3: Provide Evidence and Sample Policies.
Notes:

The meeting members gave evidence and factual example that how
many international Companies face these problems and how they
overcome with these problems and he also suggested new policies that
how we solve this problem.
Action Items:
In this meeting members gave policies that if some employees did not misuse
the computer network and system. We gave them award of employee of the
month. Or if some one found that he/she misuse the computer network and
system. We gave them warning or suspend them for few days and deduct small
amount of money from his salary.
