Questionnaire:

1. Tell me about yourself.

I come from a humble family, my mother is a nurse, my sister is a nurse, I have
three children that I love with all my heart, my husband is a wonderful man who
fully supports me, I have a large family. I am a responsible, hard-working, honest
and idea-generating woman. I like listening to music, reading and spending time
with my family.
2. Why should we hire you or buy your product?
Pollo llena is a product with high protein content, with little fat and calorie content. It
is a source of iron and phosphorous. Apart from its nutritional contributions, it is a
product with a taste of Colombian grandmother's cuisine that makes the product
unique in the territory, and a third reason is its value compared to other food
products.
3. What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is patience, being patient is very important to be in contact
with more people, because all people do not react, or think alike.
4. What is your greatest weakness?
My weakness is doubt, although it is often a weakness that helps me to achieve
greater well-being. I am not always sure of the decision I am making or I doubt my
answer, however I try to make things better every time.
5. Why do you want to work here?
Working for this company would be professional growth for me and a good
reference in my resume. This experience could open doors to challenges in my
professional life.
 6. Why did you leave your last job?
I currently work in a hospital, I have just finished my professional career and my
current job is not related to my profession. I would like to focus on what I really like
7. What is your greatest accomplishment?
My greatest achievement has been completing my studies and realizing that they
have helped me in my life and that of my family.
8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it.
A difficult situation on the work has been the moments when there are fights with
colleagues for activities that were carried out in different ways from those agreed.
To face them, they dialogue with their classmates and explain the reason for
changing the protocols.
9. Where do you see yourself in five years?
My graphic arts company with 10 employees at the main headquarters will be in
charge of designing large stages and advertising for a television network in the
country and its productions, as well as advertising for major companies and we will
be hiring more employees to cover market demand.
