Equivalent/ Diploma Course Marksheet, Graduation/ Professional qualification Marksheets
5. If applicable, NC-OBC/ SC/ST/PwD/EWS certificate
6. If applicable, proof of Work Experience, i.e., relevant certificate(s) along with the first & last month salary
slips for all the organization(s)

Clearing the first hurdle is a great achievement in itself, but that was just the start of battle and the war is still
ahead. The next two months will be very gruelling, as you will be fighting it out for a seat in this world class
institute. We understand that during this critical phase of the admission process, you may require assistance with
your preparation.

We invite you to join – Ignicion, IIM Lucknow’s Flagship Student Mentorship Program. We, as students of
IIM Lucknow, have already been through this process and would like to share our experiences with you to help
you prepare better. As a first step, we request you to fill this form to apply for this mentorship program. The last
date to submit the form is 23:59:59, 25th January, 2020. Upon submission of google form, an IIM Lucknow
student mentor will be assigned to you, who will guide you through your WAT-PI preparation, and will also
answer any queries that you may have.
