4- 4x3700 mm ND & 4x3200 mm ND Pipelines Providing Cooling Water

Project Description : Scala Tasarım has engineered the system design and prepared detailed manufactu-
ring projects of 4 nos pipelines which provide cooling water from sea for power plant that is constructing at
Çatalağzı / Zonguldak Zetes II Power Plant & Zetes III Power Plant.
Our company also give the support loads (hydraulic and mechanical) to the civil engineering company.
Pipeline length is 3,605 km at Zetes II Power Plant & 5,00 km at Zetes III Power Plant.
The internal diameter of pipe is 3200 mm at Zetes II Power Plant and 3700 mm at Zetes III Power Plant.
1 railway line, 2 highways, 1 express highway and 1 water course crossings were made in this pipeline
routing.
Some revisions were made at pipeline route & projects because of sludge ground and high costs.
In addition, Scala Tasarım consultancy continued as a project team for both power plants.
Plus, the design of the pump station at seashore were also within the scope of our work.
