2. Think about your local business environment and look for six typical
situations where these characteristics may play an important role in
business communications.
I. There is a great insufficiency of technological resources which
causes losses
II. Lack of scientific advice for companies so their development is slower
compared to other companies
III. Minimum wage is very low and basic services and products are
priced very high
IV. Lack of training by the owners of their employees and this can cause
them to not do their job well and even leads to accidents at work
3. Design a solution strategy or intervention to deal with the cultural
conflict in each of those six situations. You may use Hofsted's cultural
dimensions.
I. Seek financing to acquire technological resources and training for its
use
II. Seek scientific advice with specialized companies to improve the way
of working
III. Have healthier working conditions and, as is the case in big
companies, that the base salary is higher so that workers can support
their families
