Tarot Contemplation Ritual

1. Take from the 22 major arcana cards, numbers 6, 7, 10, 13, 15 and
18. Keep the remaining 16 cards with you while you perf orm the
Relaxation Ritual (Relaxation Ritual).

2. Immediately followingthe Relaxation Ritual , shuffle the cards


until you feel it is time to stop.

3. Select any one card and look at the picture on it for no more than
three minutes.

4. Take three breaths and you are done.

5. Record the inf ormation in your diary, along with any idea s, feelings
that you had.
