brand. Its face-care products are sold in more than 200,000 retail outlets and
40,000 salons.

REPORTIG TO : Marketing Head
LOCATION : Gurgaon
ROLE SUMMARY : This role would bear the end to end responsibility of the
‘Brand’ in this role and be the custodian of brand.
Expected to develop marketing strategies, which lead to
marketing plans. Build long and short-term growth plans to
deliver growth targets as per the roadmap.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
­ Develop market strategies to gain share/develop category and achieve top and
bottom line targets for the brand
­ Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums
like TV, Digital, Mobile & Print
­ Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of category
development.
­ Work with media team to explore various innovative and cost-effective
communication platforms including digital, to plan effective media strategy
­ Liaison with trade marketing teams to conceptualize multi local plans to increase
the brands salience and footprint
­ Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development.
­ Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer
offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy, if required
­ Works with agency partners to ensure business/consumer understanding are in
putted in a timely manner and effective manner

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


5+ years of experience across sales and marketing should have done Good ATL work in
TVC, Digital, Radio, Media etc.

 Manage projects seamlessly which are dependent on cross functions delivery
through collaboration
