Effect of teacher’s professional

education on students’ achievements.

Abstract:

It’s my attempt to study and explore the point that “How the effectiveness

of Teachers’ professional education and Professionalism build a paved

way for the student future-path. And how student behavior become more

progressive due to their teacher’s Professional education.

Students study method, extra-curricular planning and career assisting.

How all mentioned plans are implemented by non-professional teacher and

professional teacher, and which level of progress student gain in objective

due both type of teachers will be measure in research. For above

mentioned whole objective there is drafted plan to implement it

practically and to entertain research with results. For the purpose of

research.

I’ll take data from different selected government sector and private

sectors schools to build conclusion with high accuracy and effectiveness.

Mathematically Comparison Methodology “quantitative methodology” will

be used to compare the result. Comparison will show result on

quantitative chart to build a suitable mechanism. Chart will show that how

student behavior got encouraged toward learning, success and self-

development in coming future due to teacher’s professionalism.

Conclusion and future work will be added in the last to address and

explore the new generated issue in my research.


Introduction:

student success path’s ups and down matter in his life success seeking

practices and all the path remain critical. This path is very compulsory to

be covered by a professionally trained someone. Professional education of

any field is very important to understand the core of that profession.

Always a trained person does their work with efficiency and high valued

output who has well knowledge about the process. There is no one could

do, good to very good until-unless s/he doesn’t try to do their best for

what, that they want.

This paper is my effort to show the plot of professionalism effort to

improve quality of education. My thesis will deal with effects of teacher’s

professional education on student growth and falls. An educated and

professionally trained person do provide best result always. A

professionally trained person can sense the problem with greater

efficiency. A class is not like simple room and teacher is not like

Gardner. In my views, Teacher is person who trained his buddies how to

fight, protect, make plan, complete journey and paved path for others. A

Teacher without a professional education or with lack of skills to deliver

knowledge and method can’t be very good for their students.

Less skilled teacher cannot understand many aspects of teaching that take

part in building a student personality.


Student remain unaware with their abilities and skill due to teacher lack

of knowledge. Teacher without professional skill can’t make a student

worthwhile. This is simply be stated, a class of student do not receive

their fully rights without a professional teacher. Even an unprofessional

teacher is a reason for non-progressive behaviors of students. This is

compulsory for the teacher have knowledge about what to do and how to

do. For enhancing the capabilities of teachers and promote their skill to

high level, they should be trained by giving them on job training or

simply by a professional degree respected to their discipline. Our

educational system defiantly will be being successes if there are more

professionally trained teachers. Its teachers can’t be replaced with any

other type or material. They are builder of nations Therefore, they always

be trained.

For the research topic, I’ll take two groups in primary level, and assign

them two professional teachers and non-professional teachers. By

assigning the task to teachers and after taking those task output by student

I’ll be able to conclude the result with respect to growth and quantitative

nature of outputted data. I hope, my research will give answer to proposed

questions and prove that how necessary is to be a professionally trained

teacher. And How have student being affected by non-professional

teachers.

Research Objectives:

 To study the effect of teacher’s professional education.

 To study non-professional teacher effectiveness.

 To study how better student, improve due to professionalism of a

teacher.

 To study flaws in student education due to teacher’s professionalism.

 To study how best a class, perform due to teacher’s professionalism?

 To study how student like to be student of Professional Teacher or

non-professional teacher.

 To study how class career got affected due to teacher professionalism.

 To study the student response to a professional or non-professional

teacher day work.

Research Questions:

1. Is professional education being necessary for a teacher?

2. Which teacher can perform better professional or non-professional?

3. Is professional study make a teacher always best?

4. What drawback could be due to teacher’s lack of professional

education?

5. Does teacher professionalism matter for child growth?


6. How non-professional teacher effect on student growth?

7. Difference of student taught by professional and non-professional

students in learning process.

8. does professional education helps in understanding a student?

9. How best a professional teacher able to give skill to their student?

10. How learning process got affected due to teacher professional

education.

11. Student classroom skill improvement due teacher professionalism?

R e s e a r c h M e t h o d o l o g y:

Effects of Teacher professionalism will discuss in paper, output of

student result will show off effects of professional and non-professional

teachers.

For research purpose, there will be two groups of students. One group

will be allotted to professional and one will be allotted to non-

professional. There will be equal time for both groups of teachers to

improve and promote personality, interpersonal and students’ skills.

After a planned period of time, students’ oral and written exams will be

schedule and conducted, to know the growth progress of students. This

design method will be proved best quantitative data and results to prove

the skill difference of professional and non-professional teachers.


T i m e F r a m e:

Three months would merely be being used to accommodate research with

satisfied quantitative results. In this period student will be given to

teachers with professional education and without professional education.

After comparing student skills and behavior choose for research purpose.

Result will be publishing.
