SUBJECT: - Proposal for blood donation camp at our University
Respected Sir,
It gives me an immense pleasure to tell you that Thalassemia Center, PIMS
has agreed to organize blood donation camp as a Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) activity at our university on Wednesday 9th May, 2018 from 8:00 A.M to
2:00 PM. Thalassemia Center, PIMS will be sending a team of 10 people including
doctors and their assistants at our university. On there also include awareness about
blood donation. Thalassemia Center, PIMS will provide refreshment to students who
will donate their blood. From that donated blood we can help to Thalassemia patients.
So we seek your corporation and permission to organize this camp.
