SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Full-cycle implementation, upgrade and support of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and
Campus solutions including modules in workforce administration, benefits administration, time and
labor, and payroll as well as Security and Portal (HCM), Student Records and Admissions (Campus
Solutions). Experienced in gathering requirements, creating functional and/or technical specifications,
creating and executing test scripts, QA testing, process analysis and improvement.
 Converted a large multi-campus school with 24K students from Oracle to SQL server in a
hosted and managed services environment. Including updating all feeds, interfaces,
retrofitted 200+ SQR’s, Integration Broker, App Engine and App Packages. For HCM and
Campus Solutions.
 Installed benefits administration module at JM Family Enterprises, analysis and setup of
benefits tables, later integrated Benefits with North American Payroll.
 Re-launched failing HCM and payroll implementation for Andrx Pharmaceutical; gathered
missing user feedback and secured senior management buy-in on changes; rolled out fully
functioning modules.

Role: PeopleSoft Technical Consultant and AMS support specialist.
Client: Bremer Bank –
 Implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, Peopletools 8.56.3 in a locally hosted SQL Server
environment with full Fluid interface implementation.
 Retrofitted SQR’s, PeopleCode in Application Engine and Application packages, implemented
new functionality in 9.2.
 Trained users on new functionality
 Modules included HCM, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Payroll Interface,
eCompensation and Total Rewards.
 Customized Employee self service and Manager self service to take advantage of new
functionality of FLUID UX
 Created Pivot grids for manager dashboards
Client: MemorialCare Health Systems –
 Part of a team to re-implement HCM 9.2 in an Oracle hosted environment. Created interface
SQR’s, retrofitted custom SQR’s for 9.2, and retired old processes and pages, debugged
PeopleCode and Application Package Peoplecode, Application Engine programs.
 Created test scripts for QA testing

 Provided cloud hosting technical support for HCM 9.1, FCM 9.1 and Campus Solutions 9.0
PeopleSoft modules
 Upgraded to HCM 9.2, CS 9.2 and FCSM 9.2, PeopleTools 8.55 – This was accomplished with 2
separate projects and 6 upgrades. All current PUM images were applied and all retrofits
performed and validated. 5% of the existing modifications were retired during the upgrades
and new functionality was also added
 The tools upgrade for HCM was done as a separate upgrade followed by the HCM upgrade to
9.2. This included approximate 15% modification retirement.
 Provided on-going development in the form of Change requests as requested and approved
 Implemented Integration Broker messaging between HCM, Campus and Financial databases
to keep data synchronized across databases.
 Modified custom App Engine programs to port Oracle specific coding to SQL Server
compatible coding.

FIDELISCARE, Rego Park, NY 4/2013–11/2013

 Industry: health insurance provider with 2K employees
 Provided production support for HCM 9.1, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits
Administration, Payroll Interface, Absence Management, Time and Labor modules in an MS
SQL Server environment using PeopleTools 8. Supported 2 HRIS analysts, 2 benefits analysts, 4
recruiters, and 2 payroll and finance analysts.
 Reduced payroll close from 14 to 2 hours; customized time, labor, and absence management
processes.
 Wrote unit testing and QA scripts for application of 7 update bundles; identified/applied
custom code modifications.
 Developed queries/reports to detect and correct under/overpayment of employees and
benefits.
 Responded to monthly and quarterly security audits.

 Provided production and development support for HRMS 9.1, Campus Solutions 9.0/9.2,
PeopleTools 8.50/8.53, in an MS SQL Server environment. Supported student records and
admissions modules. Supported heads of admissions and student records with 1 admissions
analyst and 3 support staff.
 Supported upgrade of Campus Solution modules from release 9.0 to 9.2, created test scripts,
debugged integration broker errors, and modified existing SQR reports and user queries.
 Structured database changes to allow for capture of non-US address formats and
maintenance of foreign instructional data.
 Centralized collection of admissions data, reducing paper and enabling standardization
nationwide; oversaw full project cycle from business requirements gathering to rollout in tight
6-week timeframe.

 Industry: telecommunications & security company
 Analyzed existing table structures for normalization and optimization using MySQL, PHP, and
Mac OSX for 200 customers. Tracked client hardware assets and network topology for both
voice and data systems. Primarily developed in-house systems for customer support,
inventory control, and scheduling services.
 Rebuilt normalized data structures to follow best practices for relational databases and
eliminate data duplication; reduced maintenance burden and improved indexing for faster
data retrieval.

 Designed and coded end user reports and analyzed maintenance releases for HRMS 8.9,
PeopleTools 8.16, and MS SQL Server. Planned timing, testing, and post-production support
for upgrades with team of 11.
 Implemented HRMS, benefits administration, and NA payroll modules; overcame resistance
from management and users with clearer communications of benefits and demonstrated job
simplification.
 Tracked FDA training compliance with enterprise learning module, limiting risk of sanctions
and decertification.
