Top Five Trends in HR

Technology
HR technology is the term used for software related HR i.e. Payroll compensation, work force
analytics, talent acquisition, performance management and benefits administrations. HR Tech is
being adopted by large number of employers around the world it has become one of the basic
needs for an organization. Many Employers are even migrating from traditional ways of filing
the data to clouding it. More use of technology saves time and efficiency is maintained as well.
Talent Acquisition
Staying alive for a company in this fast paced competitive is not totally dependent upon the amount of
finances it has but in fact hiring the right people for the right job is essential. Keeping in mind the nature
of work for a certain post job advertisement must be made accordingly and a perfect candidate fit for
the job should be hired which will not only save the training costs of the organization but will also be
more efficient. In order to find the right candidate HR should have a smooth communication with the
relevant department heads and the way they execute their work.

Automation AI
More and more innovations are being introduced worldwide. Organizations are moving towards
technological advancements. AI in recruitment is already in practice HR should implement AI tools in
order to save time and increase efficiency. AI recruits or short lists candidates by asking serious of
questions regarding skills and personality assessment. This in return not only short lists the right
candidate and but in fact saves the time of HR and they can now utilize their time on other issues. AI can
be used to assess personal behavior of employee and his environment by installing sensors to improve
employee experience. A.I trainers are being introduced into the market which makes HR job much easier
to organize training. Such uses and technology must be implemented.

Employee Upskilling
In this era, constant change in working styles and adoption of new technology is must for an
organization to run. Employees should be constantly trained, and systems should be designed in
such a way that employees can easily learn and adopt to the new systems.
Trust Building
Effective trust among employees plays a vital role in an organization’s survival. HR should make
sure trust is built among employees and employees are refrained from working for self-interest.
Distrust among employees can cause many problems for organizations, they will begin to rot.
Research has been carried out that companies which have high trust level among employees have
reported 74% less stress among their employees. Higher collaboration, engagements and synergy
can play a vital role in building trust among employees.
