Seat distance should be two (2) meters apart or two (2) seats apart. Require students to bring hygiene kit. Students and employees should stay at home when sick. Increase classroom sanitation. Use distance learning methods. o Junior High School (JHS) will be divided in two batches. Batch 1: 3 days physical class, 2 days online class Batch 2: 2 days physical class, 3 days online class Note: This schedule will be alternate monthly. (e.g. July – Batch 1 will have 3 physical class and 2 days online class, Batch 2 will have 2 days physical class and 3 days online class; August – Batch 1 will have 2 days physical class and 3 days online class, Batch 2 will have 3 days physical class and 2 days online class; so on) o Senior High School (SHS) will have 3 days online class and 1 day physical class. Classes will be shortened to 40 minutes to give teachers ample time for online instruction and checking of online assessments. o Two options can be followed: Physical class will be from 7:00AM – 1:40PM and online instruction and assessment will be prepared and checked from 2:00PM-5:00PM Physical class and online class can be from 7:00AM-4:40PM depending on the schedule made by the principal. Stagger class arrival, break, lunch, and dismissal schedule. Cancel activities which requires mass gathering (e.g. flag ceremony, monthly festivals, PTC, seminars, field trips, etc.) Common areas (e.g. canteen, covered court) should have floor marks as to indicate social distancing. Use alternate spaces for eating snacks and lunch (e.g. classroom) Canteen personnel should also promote social distancing. Promote health checks (e.g. hand washing, checking of hygiene kits, temperature checks) All guidelines will be on trial for the first two weeks of classes. School planning and preparation of activities should be done outside school. Hand hygiene materials should always be available.
