Imam Sadiq (a.s) narrates that “one who recites this supplication for 40 mornings; he will be accounted amongst the
helpers of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s). And if he happens to die before the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s), Allah will
raise him up from his grave so that he may assist the holy Imam (a.t.f.s).

As the title suggests, this supplication is of allegiance (ahad) to the holy Imam (a.t.f.s). Its recitation every morning
ensures the renewal of this covenant.

There is a fervent appeal to Allah to grant him the honour of seeing Imam (a.t.f.s). In this there is also an
acknowledgement that the difficulties of this nation can be solved only by the reappearance of Imam (a.t.f.s) and that
believers see it as being close while others deem it to be distant.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the ‫ﺪ‬

ٍ ‫ﺤ ﱠﻤ‬
َ ‫ﻞ َﻋ ﹶﻠﻰٰ ُﻣ‬
‫ﺻ ﱢ‬
‫ﻢ ﹶ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬  ‫ﻢ‬
‫ﻦ ﭐﻟ ﱠﺮﺣِﻴ ﹺ‬
‫ﺣﻤٰ ﹺ‬
ْ ‫ﻢ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ِﻪ ﭐﻟ ﱠﺮ‬
‫ﺴﹺ‬
ْ ‫ﹺﺑ‬
Merciful.O Allah, (please do) send
blessings to Muhammad and the
Household of Muhammad ‫ﺪ‬
ٍ ‫ﺤ ﱠﻤ‬
َ ‫ﻝ ُﻣ‬
‫ﻭَﺁ ﹺ‬
O Allah the Lord of the Great Light, ‫ﻢ‬
‫ﺏ ﭐﻟﻨﱡﻮ ﹺﺭ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻌﻈِﻴ ﹺ‬
‫ﻢ َﺭ ﱠ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
the Lord of the Elevated Throne, ‫ﻊ‬
‫ﻲ ﭐﻟ ﱠﺮﻓِﻴ ﹺ‬
‫ﺳ ﱢ‬
ِ ‫ﻜ ْﺮ‬
‫ﺏ ﭐﹾﻟ ﹸ‬
‫َﻭ َﺭ ﱠ‬
the Lord of the swollen ocean, ‫ﺴﺠُﻮ ﹺﺭ‬
ْ ‫ﺤ ﹺﺮ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻤ‬
ْ ‫ﺏ ﭐﹾﻟ َﺒ‬
‫َﻭ َﺭ ﱠ‬
the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel,
and the Psalms,
‫ﻞ ﻭَﭐﻟ ﱠﺰﺑُﻮ ﹺﺭ‬
‫ﻹﹾﻧﺠﹺﻴ ﹺ‬
ِ ‫ﻝ ﭐﻟ ﱠﺘ ْﻮﺭَﺍ ِﺓ ﻭَﭐ‬
‫َﻭ ُﻣ ﹾﻨ ﹺﺰ ﹶ‬
the Lord of shade and heat, ‫ﺤﺮُﻭ ﹺﺭ‬
َ ‫ﻞ ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ‬
‫ﻈ ﱢ‬
‫ﺏ ﭐﻟ ﱢ‬
‫َﻭ َﺭ ﱠ‬
the Revealer of the Great Qur'¡n, ‫ﻢ‬
‫ﻥ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻌﻈِﻴ ﹺ‬
ِ ‫ﻝ ﭐﹾﻟ ﹸﻘﺮْﺁ‬
‫َﻭ ُﻣ ﹾﻨ ﹺﺰ ﹶ‬
and the Lord of the Archangels, ‫ﻦ‬
َ ‫ﻜ ِﺔ ﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ ﹶﻘ ﱠﺮﺑﹺﻴ‬
‫ﻼِﺋ ﹶ‬
‫ﺏ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻤ ﹶ‬
‫َﻭ َﺭ ﱠ‬
the Prophets, and the Messengers: ‫ﻦ‬
َ ‫ﺳﻠِﻴ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐﻻﹾﻧ ﹺﺒﻴَﺎ ِﺀ ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ ْﺮ‬
O Allah, I beseech You in Your Noble
Name, ‫ﻢ‬
‫ﻜﺮﹺﻳـ ﹺ‬
‫ﻚ ﭐﹾﻟ ﹶ‬
َ ‫ﺳ ِﻤ‬
ْ ‫ﻚ ﺑﹺﭑ‬
َ ‫ﻢ ﹺﺇﻧﱢﻲ ﺍ ﺳْﺎﹸﻟ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
in the Light of Your Luminous Face ‫ﻚ ﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤﻨﹺﻴ ﹺﺮ‬
َ ‫ﺟ ﹺﻬ‬
ْ ‫َﻭﹺﺑﻨﹸﻮ ﹺﺭ َﻭ‬
and Your Eternal Kingdom. ‫ﻢ‬
‫ﻚ ﭐﹾﻟ ﹶﻘﺪِﻳ ﹺ‬
َ ‫ﻜ‬
ِ ‫َﻭ ُﻣ ﹾﻠ‬
O Ever-living! O Self-Subsistent! ‫ﻲ ﻳَﺎ ﹶﻗﻴﱡﻮ ُﻡ‬
‫ﺣ ﱡ‬
َ ‫ﻳَﺎ‬
I beseech You in the name of Your Name ‫ﺕ‬
‫ﺴﻤَﺎﻭَﺍ ﹸ‬
‫ﺖ ﹺﺑ ِﻪ ﭐﻟ ﱠ‬
‫ﺷ َﺮ ﹶﻗ ﹾ‬
‫ﻚ ﭐﱠﻟﺬِﻱ ﺍ ﹾ‬
َ ‫ﺳ ِﻤ‬
ْ ‫ﻚ ﺑﹺﭑ‬
َ ‫ﺍ ﺳْﺎﹸﻟ‬
with which the heavens and the earth
have lit up
‫ﻥ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐﻻ َﺭﺿﹸﻮ‬
and in Your Name with which the past and
the coming generations have become
upright!
‫ﻥ‬
َ ‫ﺧﺮُﻭ‬
ِ ‫ﻥ ﻭَﭐﻵ‬
َ ‫ﺢ ﹺﺑ ِﻪ ﭐﻻ ﱠﻭﻟﹸﻮ‬
ُ ‫ﺼ ﹶﻠ‬
‫ﻚ ﭐﱠﻟﺬِﻱ َﻳ ﹾ‬
َ ‫ﺳ ِﻤ‬
ْ ‫َﻭﺑﹺﭑ‬
O He Who has been always alive before
the existence of all living things!
‫ﻲ‬
‫ﺣ ﱟ‬
َ ‫ﻞ‬
‫ﻞ ﹸﻛ ﱢ‬
‫ﺣ ّﻴ ﹰﺎ ﹶﻗ ْﺒ ﹶ‬
َ ‫ﻳَﺎ‬
O He Who shall be alive after the
extinction of all living things!
‫ﻲ‬
‫ﺣ ﱟ‬
َ ‫ﻞ‬
‫ﺪ ﹸﻛ ﱢ‬
َ ‫ﺣ ّﻴ ﹰﺎ َﺑ ْﻌ‬
َ ‫َﻭﻳَﺎ‬
O He Who has been always alive even
when there was nothing else alive!
‫ﻲ‬
‫ﺣ ﱡ‬
َ ‫ﻦﻻ‬
َ ‫ﺣ ّﻴ ﹰﺎ ﺣِﻴ‬
َ ‫َﻭﻳَﺎ‬

O He Who revives the dead ones and

causes the living ones to die! ‫ﺣﻴَﺎ ِﺀ‬
ْ ‫ﺖ ﭐﻻ‬
‫ﻲ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻤ ْﻮﹶﺗﻰٰ َﻭ ُﻣﻤِﻴ ﹶ‬
َ ‫ﺤ ﹺﻴ‬
ْ ‫ﻳَﺎ ُﻣ‬
O Ever-living! There is no god save You. ‫ﺖ‬
‫ﻻ ﺍﹾﻧ ﹶ‬
‫ﻲ ﻻ ﹺﺇﻟٰ َﻪ ﹺﺇ ﱠ‬
‫ﺣ ﱡ‬
َ ‫ﻳَﺎ‬
O Allah, convey to our master Imam al- ‫ﻢ‬
َ ‫ﻱ ﭐﹾﻟﻘﹶﺎِﺋ‬
‫ﺪ ﱠ‬
ِ ‫ﻱ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻤ ْﻬ‬
َ ‫ﻹﻣَﺎ َﻡ ﭐﹾﻟﻬَﺎ ِﺩ‬
ِ ‫ﻻﻧﹶﺎ ﭐ‬
‫ﻎ َﻣ ْﻮ ﹶ‬
‫ﻢ َﺑ ﱢﻠ ﹾ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
Mahd¢, the guide who is to undertake Your
orders,
‫ﻙ‬
َ ‫ﺑﹺﺎ ْﻣ ﹺﺮ‬
may Allah’s blessings be upon him and
upon his immaculate fathers,
‫ﻦ‬
َ ‫ﺕ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ِﻪ َﻋ ﹶﻠ ْﻴ ِﻪ َﻭ َﻋ ﹶﻠﻰٰ ﺁﺑَﺎِﺋ ِﻪ ﭐﻟﻄﱠﺎ ِﻫﺮﹺﻳ‬
‫ﺻ ﹶﻠﻮَﺍ ﹸ‬
‫ﹶ‬
on behalf of all of the believing men and
women
‫ﺕ‬
ِ ‫ﻦ ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ ْﺆ ِﻣﻨﹶﺎ‬
َ ‫ﻊ ﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ ْﺆ ِﻣﻨﹺﻴ‬
‫ﺟﻤِﻴ ﹺ‬
َ ‫ﻦ‬
ْ ‫َﻋ‬
in the east and west of the earth ‫ﺽ َﻭ َﻣﻐﹶﺎ ﹺﺭﹺﺑﻬَﺎ‬
‫ﻕ ﭐﻻ ْﺭ ﹺ‬
‫ﻓِﻲ َﻣﺸﹶﺎ ﹺﺭ ﹺ‬
and in plains, mountains, ‫ﺟ َﺒ ِﻠﻬَﺎ‬
َ ‫ﺳ ْﻬ ِﻠﻬَﺎ َﻭ‬
َ
lands, and seas, ‫ﺤ ﹺﺮﻫَﺎ‬
ْ ‫َﻭَﺑ ﱢﺮﻫَﺎ َﻭَﺑ‬
and on behalf of my parents ‫ﻱ‬
‫ﺪ ﱠ‬
َ ‫ﻦ ﻭَﺍِﻟ‬
ْ ‫َﻭ َﻋﻨﱢﻲ َﻭ َﻋ‬
(convey to him) blessings that are as
weighty as Allah’s Throne,
‫ﺵ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ِﻪ‬
‫ﺕ ﹺﺯﹶﻧ ﹶﺔ َﻋ ْﺮ ﹺ‬
ِ ‫ﺼ ﹶﻠﻮَﺍ‬
‫ﻦ ﭐﻟ ﱠ‬
َ ‫ِﻣ‬
as much as the ink of His Words, ‫َﻭ ِﻣﺪَﺍ َﺩ ﹶﻛ ِﻠﻤَﺎِﺗ ِﻪ‬
and as many as that which is counted by
His knowledge and encompassed by His
Book.
‫ﻁ ﹺﺑ ِﻪ ِﻛﺘﹶﺎُﺑ ُﻪ‬
‫ﺣﺼﹶﺎ ُﻩ ِﻋ ﹾﻠ ُﻤ ُﻪ ﻭَﺍ ﺣَﺎ ﹶ‬
ْ ‫َﻭﻣَﺎ ﺍ‬
O Allah, I update to him in the beginning
of this day ‫ﺤ ِﺔ َﻳ ْﻮﻣِﻲ ﻫٰﺬﹶﺍ‬
َ ‫ﺻﺒﹺﻴ‬
‫ﺪ ُﺩ ﹶﻟ ُﻪ ﻓِﻲ ﹶ‬
‫ﺟﱢ‬َ ‫ﻢ ﹺﺇﻧﱢﻲ ﺍ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
and throughout the days of lifetime a
pledge, ‫ﻦ ﺍ ﻳﱠﺎﻣِﻲ‬
ْ ‫ﺖ ِﻣ‬
‫ﺸ ﹸ‬
‫َﻭﻣَﺎ ِﻋ ﹾ‬
a covenant, and allegiance to which I
commit myself
‫َﻋﻬْﺪﹰﺍ َﻭ َﻋﻘﹾﺪﹰﺍ َﻭَﺑ ْﻴ َﻌ ﹰﺔ ﹶﻟ ُﻪ ﻓِﻲ ُﻋ ﹸﻨﻘِﻲ‬
and from which I neither convert nor
change. ‫ﻝ ﺍﺑَﺪﹰﺍ‬
‫ﻝ َﻋﻨﹾﻪ ﻭَﻻ ﺍ ﺯﹸﻭ ﹸ‬
‫ﻻ ﺍ ﺣُﻮ ﹸ‬
O Allah, (please do) make me of his
supporters, ‫ﻦ ﺍﹾﻧﺼﹶﺎ ﹺﺭ ِﻩ‬
ْ ‫ﺟ َﻌ ﹾﻠﻨﹺﻲ ِﻣ‬
ْ ‫ﻢﭐ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
sponsors, defenders, ‫ﻦ َﻋ ﹾﻨ ُﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﺍ ْﻋﻮَﺍﹺﻧ ِﻪ ﻭَﭐﻟﺬﱠﺍﺑﱢﻴ‬
and those who hurry in carrying out his
instructions,
‫ﺠ ِﻪ‬
‫ﺣﻮَﺍِﺋ ﹺ‬
َ ‫ﻦ ﹺﺇﹶﻟ ْﻴ ِﻪ ﻓِﻲ ﹶﻗﻀﹶﺎ ِﺀ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤﺴَﺎ ﹺﺭﻋِﻴ‬
those who comply with his orders, ‫ﻻ ﻭَﺍ ِﻣ ﹺﺮ ِﻩ‬
ِ ‫ﻦ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ ْﻤ ﹶﺘ ِﺜﻠِﻴ‬
those who uphold him, ‫ﻦ َﻋ ﹾﻨ ُﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤﺤَﺎﻣِﻴ‬
those who precede others to
implementing his will,
‫ﻦ ﹺﺇﹶﻟﻰٰ ﹺﺇﺭَﺍ َﺩِﺗ ِﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐﻟﺴﱠﺎﹺﺑﻘِﻴ‬

and those who will be martyred before

him.
‫ﺪْﻳ ِﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻦ َﻳ‬
َ ‫ﻦ َﺑ ْﻴ‬
َ ‫ﺸ َﻬﺪِﻳ‬
‫ﺴ ﹶﺘ ﹾ‬
ْ ‫ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ‬
O Allah, if death that You have made
inevitably and certainly incumbent upon
‫ﺟ َﻌ ﹾﻠ ﹶﺘ ُﻪ‬
َ ‫ﺕ ﭐﱠﻟﺬِﻱ‬
‫ﻝ َﺑ ْﻴﻨﹺﻲ َﻭَﺑ ْﻴ ﹶﻨ ُﻪ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻤ ْﻮ ﹸ‬
‫ﻥ ﺣَﺎ ﹶ‬
ْ ‫ﻢ ﹺﺇ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
Your servants stands between me and
him, ‫ﻀ ّﻴ ﹰﺎ‬
ِ ‫ﺣﺘﹾﻤ ﹰﺎ َﻣ ﹾﻘ‬
َ ‫ﻙ‬
َ ‫َﻋ ﹶﻠﻰٰ ِﻋﺒَﺎ ِﺩ‬
then (please do) take me out of my grave
using my shroud as dress, ‫ﻦ ﹶﻗ ْﺒﺮﹺﻱ ُﻣ ْﺆﹶﺗﺰﹺﺭﹰﺍ ﹶﻛ ﹶﻔﻨﹺﻲ‬
ْ ‫ﺟﻨﹺﻲ ِﻣ‬
ْ ‫ﺧ ﹺﺮ‬
‫ﻓﹶﺎ ﹾ‬
unsheathing my sword, ‫ﺳ ْﻴﻔِﻲ‬
َ ‫ﺷﹶﺎﻫِﺮﹰﺍ‬
holding my lance in my hand, ‫ﺠﺮﱢﺩﹰﺍ ﹶﻗﻨﹶﺎﺗِﻲ‬
َ ‫ُﻣ‬
and responding to the call of the Caller
who shall announce (his advent) in urban ‫ﺿ ﹺﺮ ﻭَﭐﹾﻟﺒَﺎﺩِﻱ‬
ِ ‫ُﻣ ﹶﻠﺒﱢﻴ ﹰﺎ َﺩ ْﻋ َﻮ ﹶﺓ ﭐﻟﺪﱠﺍﻋِﻲ ﻓِﻲ ﭐﹾﻟﺤَﺎ‬
areas and deserts.
O Allah, (please do) show me his
magnificent mien ‫ﺪ ﹶﺓ‬
َ ‫ﻄ ﹾﻠ َﻌ ﹶﺔ ﭐﻟ ﱠﺮﺷِﻴ‬
‫ﻢ ﺍ ﹺﺭﻧﹺﻲ ﭐﻟ ﱠ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
and his praiseworthy forehead, ‫ﺪ ﹶﺓ‬
َ ‫ﺤﻤِﻴ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ ﹸﻐ ﱠﺮ ﹶﺓ ﭐﹾﻟ‬
delight my eyes by letting me have a look
at him.
‫ﻈ َﺮ ٍﺓ ِﻣﻨﱢﻲ ﹺﺇﹶﻟ ْﻴ ِﻪ‬
‫ﻞ ﻧﹶﺎ ِﻇﺮﹺﻱ ﹺﺑ ﹶﻨ ﹾ‬
‫ﺤ ﹾ‬
ُ ‫ﻭَﭐ ﹾﻛ‬
And (please) expedite his relief, ‫ﺟ ُﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻞ ﹶﻓ َﺮ‬
‫ﺠ ﹾ‬
‫َﻭ َﻋ ﱢ‬
make his reappearance easy, ‫ﺟ ُﻪ‬
َ ‫ﺨ َﺮ‬
‫ﻞ َﻣ ﹾ‬
‫ﺳ ﱢﻬ ﹾ‬
َ ‫َﻭ‬
clear a spacious space for him, ‫ﺠ ُﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻊ َﻣ ﹾﻨ َﻬ‬
ْ‫ﺳ‬
ِ ‫ﻭَﺍ ْﻭ‬
guide me to follow his course, ‫ﺠ ﹶﺘ ُﻪ‬
‫ﺤﱠ‬َ ‫ﻚ ﺑﹺﻲ َﻣ‬
ْ ‫ﺳ ﹸﻠ‬
ْ ‫ﻭَﭐ‬
give success to his issues, ‫ﺬ ﺍ ْﻣ َﺮ ُﻩ‬
‫ﻭَﺍﹾﻧ ِﻔ ﹾ‬
and confirm his strength. ‫ﺪ ْﺩ ﺍ ﹾﺯ َﺭ ُﻩ‬
ُ‫ﺷ‬‫ﻭَﭐ ﹾ‬
O Allah, construct Your lands through him ‫ﻙ‬
َ ‫ﻢ ﹺﺑ ِﻪ ﺑﹺﻼ َﺩ‬
‫ﻭَﭐ ْﻋ ُﻤ ﹺﺮ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
and refresh Your servants through him, ‫ﻙ‬
َ ‫ﻲ ﹺﺑ ِﻪ ِﻋﺒَﺎ َﺩ‬
‫ﺣ ﹺ‬
ْ ‫ﻭَﺍ‬
For You have said, and true are Your
words:
:‫ﺤﻖﱡ‬
َ ‫ﻚ ﭐﹾﻟ‬
َ ‫ﺖ َﻭ ﹶﻗ ْﻮﹸﻟ‬
‫ﻚ ﹸﻗ ﹾﻠ ﹶ‬
َ ‫ﹶﻓ ﹺﺈﱠﻧ‬
“Corruption has appeared in the land and
the sea
‫ﺤ ﹺﺮ‬
ْ ‫» ﹶﻇ َﻬ َﺮ ﭐﹾﻟ ﹶﻔﺴَﺎ ُﺩ ﻓِﻲ ﭐﹾﻟ َﺒ ﱢﺮ ﻭَﭐﹾﻟ َﺒ‬
on account of what the hands of men
have wrought.” «.‫ﺖ ﺍ ْﻳﺪِﻱ ﭐﻟﻨﱠﺎﺱﹺ‬
‫ﺴ َﺒ ﹾ‬
َ ‫ﹺﺑﻤَﺎ ﹶﻛ‬
So, O Allah, (please) show us Your
vicegerent, ‫ﻚ‬
َ ‫ﻢ ﹶﻟﻨﹶﺎ َﻭِﻟ ﱠﻴ‬
‫ﻓﹶﺎ ﹾﻇ ﹺﻬ ﹺﺮ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
the son of Your Prophet, ‫ﻚ‬
َ ‫ﺖ ﹶﻧ ﹺﺒ ﱢﻴ‬
ِ ‫ﻦ ﹺﺑ ﹾﻨ‬
َ ‫ﻭَﭐْﺑ‬

and the namesake of Your Messenger, ‫ﻚ‬

َ ‫ﻢ َﺭﺳُﻮِﻟ‬
‫ﺳﹺ‬ْ ‫ﺴ ﱠﻤﻰٰ ﺑﹺﭑ‬
َ ‫ﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ‬
peace be upon him and his Household, ‫ﺻ ﱠﻠﻰٰ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻪ َﻋ ﹶﻠ ْﻴ ِﻪ ﻭَﺁِﻟ ِﻪ‬
‫ﹶ‬
so that he shall tear up any wrong item
that he will face
‫ﻻ َﻣ ﱠﺰ ﹶﻗ ُﻪ‬
‫ﻞ ﹺﺇ ﱠ‬
‫ﻦ ﭐﹾﻟﺒَﺎ ِﻃ ﹺ‬
َ ‫ﻲ ٍﺀ ِﻣ‬
ْ ‫ﺸ‬
‫ﻈ ﹶﻔ َﺮ ﹺﺑ ﹶ‬
‫ﺣ ﱠﺘﻰٰ ﻻ َﻳ ﹾ‬
َ
and shall confirm and approve of the
truth.
‫ﺤ ﱢﻘ ﹶﻘ ُﻪ‬
َ ‫ﻖ َﻭُﻳ‬
‫ﺤ ﱠ‬
َ ‫ﻖ ﭐﹾﻟ‬
‫ﺤ ﱡ‬
ِ ‫َﻭُﻳ‬
O Allah, (please) make him the shelter to
whom Your wronged servants shall resort,
‫ﻙ‬
َ ‫ﻈﻠﹸﻮ ﹺﻡ ِﻋﺒَﺎ ِﺩ‬
‫ﻢ َﻣ ﹾﻔﺰﹶﻋ ﹰﺎ ِﻟ َﻤ ﹾ‬
‫ﺟ َﻌ ﹾﻠ ُﻪ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
ْ ‫ﻭَﭐ‬
the supporter of those who cannot find
any supporter save You,
‫ﻙ‬
َ ‫ﺪ ﹶﻟ ُﻪ ﻧﹶﺎﺻِﺮﹰﺍ ﹶﻏ ْﻴ َﺮ‬
ُ‫ﺠ‬‫ﻦ ﻻ َﻳ ﹺ‬
ْ ‫َﻭﻧﹶﺎﺻِﺮﹰﺍ ِﻟ َﻤ‬
the reviver of the laws of Your Book that
have been suspended, ‫ﻚ‬
َ ‫ﺣﻜﹶﺎ ﹺﻡ ِﻛﺘﹶﺎﹺﺑ‬
ْ ‫ﻦﺍ‬
ْ ‫ﻞ ِﻣ‬
‫ﻄ ﹶ‬
‫ﺠﺪﱢﺩﹰﺍ ِﻟﻤَﺎ ُﻋ ﱢ‬
َ ‫َﻭ ُﻣ‬
and the constructor of all signs of Your
religion and instructions of Your
Messenger,
‫ﻚ‬
َ ‫ﻦ ﹶﻧ ﹺﺒ ﱢﻴ‬
‫ﺳ ﹶﻨ ﹺ‬
ُ ‫ﻚ َﻭ‬
َ ‫ﻦ ﺍ ﻋْﻼ ﹺﻡ ﺩِﻳ ﹺﻨ‬
ْ ‫ﺸﻴﱢﺪﹰﺍ ِﻟﻤَﺎ َﻭ َﺭ َﺩ ِﻣ‬
‫َﻭ ُﻣ ﹶ‬
peace be upon him and his Household,
that he will see.
‫ﺻ ﱠﻠﻰٰ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻪ َﻋ ﹶﻠ ْﻴ ِﻪ ﻭﺁِﻟ ِﻪ‬
‫ﹶ‬
O Allah, (please) include him with those ‫ﺱ‬
‫ﻦ ﺑَﺎ ﹺ‬
ْ ‫ﺼ ﹾﻨ ﹶﺘ ُﻪ ِﻣ‬
‫ﺣ ﱠ‬
َ ‫ﻦ‬
ْ ‫ﻢ ِﻣ ﱠﻤ‬
‫ﺟ َﻌ ﹾﻠ ُﻪ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
ْ ‫ﻭَﭐ‬
whom You protect from the domination of
the aggressors.
‫ﻦ‬
َ ‫ﭐﹾﻟ ُﻤ ْﻌ ﹶﺘﺪِﻳ‬
O Allah, (please) delight Your Prophet
Mu¦ammad,
‫ﺤﻤﱠﺪﹰﺍ‬
َ ‫ﻚ ُﻣ‬
َ ‫ﺳ ﱠﺮ ﹶﻧ ﹺﺒ ﱠﻴ‬
ُ ‫ﻢ َﻭ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
peace be upon him and his Household, ‫ﺻ ﱠﻠﻰٰ ﭐﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻪ َﻋ ﹶﻠ ْﻴ ِﻪ ﻭﺁِﻟ ِﻪ‬
‫ﹶ‬
as well as all those who followed him in
his promulgation by making (us) see him,
‫ﻦ ﹶﺗ ﹺﺒ َﻌ ُﻪ َﻋ ﹶﻠﻰٰ َﺩ ْﻋ َﻮِﺗ ِﻪ‬
ْ ‫ﹺﺑ ُﺮ ْﺅَﻳ ِﺘ ِﻪ َﻭ َﻣ‬
and (please) have mercy upon our
humiliation after him.
‫ﺪ ُﻩ‬
َ ‫ﺳ ِﺘﻜﹶﺎﹶﻧ ﹶﺘﻨﹶﺎ َﺑ ْﻌ‬
ْ ‫ﻢﭐ‬
‫ﺣﹺ‬َ ‫ﻭَﭐ ْﺭ‬
O Allah, (please) relieve this community ‫ﺬ ِﻩ ﭐﻻ ﱠﻣ ِﺔ‬
ِ ٰ‫ﻦ ﻫ‬
ْ ‫ﺬ ِﻩ ﭐﹾﻟ ﹸﻐ ﱠﻤ ﹶﺔ َﻋ‬
ِ ٰ‫ﻒ ﻫ‬
ْ ‫ﺸ‬
ِ ‫ﻢ ﭐ ﹾﻛ‬
‫ﺍﹶﻟ ﱠﻠ ُﻬ ﱠ‬
from the (current) grief through
presenting him
‫ﺤﻀﹸﻮ ﹺﺭ ِﻩ‬
ُ ‫ﹺﺑ‬
and expedite his advent for us: ‫ﻞ ﹶﻟﻨﹶﺎ ﹸﻇﻬُﻮ َﺭ ُﻩ‬
‫ﺠ ﹾ‬
‫َﻭ َﻋ ﱢ‬
“Surely, they think it to be far off, and We
see it nigh.”
«.‫ﻢ َﻳ َﺮ ْﻭﹶﻧ ُﻪ َﺑﻌِﻴﺪﹰﺍ َﻭﹶﻧﺮَﺍ ُﻩ ﹶﻗﺮﹺﻳﺒ ﹰﺎ‬
ْ ‫»ﹺﺇﱠﻧ ُﻬ‬
[do all that] In the name of Your mercy;
O most merciful of all those who show
mercy.
‫ﻦ‬
َ ‫ﺣﻤِﻴ‬
ِ ‫ﻢ ﭐﻟﺮﱠﺍ‬
َ‫ﺣ‬َ ‫ﻚ ﻳَﺎ ﺍ ْﺭ‬
َ ‫ﺣ َﻤ ِﺘ‬
ْ ‫ﹺﺑ َﺮ‬
You may then slap your right thigh with your hand
three times and, at each time, say the following
(We pray for Your) earliest advent, earliest
advent, O Patron of the Age. words:

 ‫ﻥ‬
ِ ‫ﺐ ﭐﻟ ﱠﺰﻣَﺎ‬
َ ‫ﺣ‬
ِ ‫ﻱ ﻳَﺎ ﺻﹶﺎ‬
َ ‫ﻞ ﻳَﺎ َﻣﻮْﻻ‬
‫ﺠ ﹶ‬
َ ‫ﻞ ﭐﹾﻟ َﻌ‬
‫ﺠ ﹶ‬
َ ‫ﺍﹾﻟ َﻌ‬
