1. Introduction our company

Our company, Myanmar Technical Link is one of the fast-developing company in the Engineering
Business Industry of Myanmar.
We can surely offer a wide range of engineering services with the great quality to our clients and
contractors.
We were successfully finished many projects in the past and a lots of projects are currently work in
process.
So, Myanmar Technical Link is quite well-known in the Local Engineering Network.

2. Purpose of Joint venture

There are a lots of opportunities are coming to Myanmar in the near future. Government is developing
many industrial zones and FDI companies from other countries are ready to invest in Myanmar
market.
As growing the market, it will be a chance for business like us. Combining of our market knowledge,
management style, local advantage and the skills and technologies of your company would be
advantage in the market.

3. Formation
The Venturers have to form a joint venture pursuant to the laws of the State of the Republic of the
Union of Myanmar in order for the Venture to carry on the purpose.

The Joint venture business shall be under the name of Myanmar Technical Link.

Forming as a new company will be consider by the decision of both venturers’s management team.
4. Percentage of participation

Joint Venture Partner Percentage

Chengdu Jinchi 70%
Myanmar Technical Link 30%

Percentage ratio of initial investment will be as above. Loss, liabilities, indemnities, venter
interest, return of capital contribution and allocation of net profit and loss will be discuss later.
